Categories are okay, but tags are your friends
All posts are filed under one category and given multiple tags. This means that all posts having to do with green tea will be tagged Green Tea, but not necessarily filed under the Green Tea category. If an entry deals with several different types of tea, you will find it filed under the Multiple Teas category.
